We ask what is happening, where, and how urgent it is — then we tell you honestly whether it needs a visit now, a planned visit, or a quick fix you can do yourself safely. If it is dangerous (smoke, burning smell, exposed wiring), we tell you exactly what to switch off and we move fast.

Yes. Electrical faults, water leaks and AC failures are handled 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Emergency call-outs carry a clearly stated after-hours rate that we confirm BEFORE anyone leaves the office — no surprise loading on the invoice.

How do I pay for the service?

Cash, bank transfer, and card on site are all accepted. Larger projects are quoted in writing and paid in agreed instalments against completed stages — we do not ask for full payment upfront, and the final balance is due only after you have walked the work with us.

What is the difference between a call-out and a full job?

A call-out is a defined repair — a replaced tap, a tripped breaker, a blocked drain — usually done in one visit. A full job is a quoted project: an installation, renovation or fit-out with its own scope, timeline and documentation. We tell you which one you need at the first visit, and if a call-out turns out to be a bigger repair than expected, we stop and quote it properly before continuing.

Do you provide warranties on your work?

Yes. Repairs carry a workmanship warranty, and installations carry their own warranty terms depending on the service and materials — up to 2 years on installations we complete. Every invoice states what is covered and for how long, and our WhatsApp line receives the warranty claims, not a call-centre queue.

Fixed, itemised quotes after a site visit — never an hourly guessing game. The written quote lists the works, materials and the timeline, and the number we quote is the number you pay. Quotes stay valid for 30 days, and there is no charge for the initial site visit.

Are your technicians certified and insured?

Yes. Our technicians are full-time, in-house team members — we do not subcontract jobs to whoever happens to be free — and the company carries the insurance and licensing that Dubai property work requires. If you are ever unsure, ask us for the certification during the site visit.
